Autumn On My Finger Tips


So summer is officially over and with it bright coloured manis and pedis but not to worry, autumn brings cozy nights on the sofa watching your favourite chick flick and a hella' big cup of cocoa. Oh and did I forget to mention my favourite shades of nail varnish? Here I have my favourite colours to wear during the A/W months including a dupe! You lucky ducks!

Haircare 101


Surprisingly, what I use on my mane is what I usually get asked about. After putting my hair through a lot of stress during my teens I've been told I'm incredibly lucky to have such lovely hair and I think I've finally got my hair in the best condition I've ever had. -With many thanks to my wonderful hairdresser, Charlotte.

The Good Breakfast



Like a lot of people I love a cooked breakfast in the morning but I'm not a fan of that too full sick feeling so on days where I've got a lot planned and want to keep my energy up I head straight for the eggs and here's my little recipe for a quick and easy to make delicious and nutritious breakfast!

You will need:
  • Two eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk or cream
  • A lemon
  • Pepper 
  • Asparagus
  • Avocado
  • Fresh chives
  • Spring Onions

Time for a switch up.

Despite me having only ever talked about beauty on this blog it was never my full intention to make it just all about beauty. I'm actually massively into health and wellbeing so I am also going to be also posting a few things lifestyle on here like food, recipes, fitness and whatever else really comes to mind! Perhaps even the odd dog walk!

Like I said, I am really into a healthy lifestyle, I find that not only does it effect your body, but it also effects the way we think and act with everyday situations. 
I have always struggled with my sleeping I used to toss and turn all night but as soon as I started incorporating more exercise into my regime around a year ago I found that I slept a whole lot better. The same goes for what foods I put into my body. Now don't get me wrong, I would never turn down a big slice of chocolate cake, I don't 'calorie watch' but I do know that when I eat more processed and high in sugar foods all day everyday I get very sluggish and I don't find I want to hit the gym at all. 

So, that was just a little intro into what I'm going to also be posting on here and I hope you all enjoy reading about it. There's is still going to be a lot of beauty posts on here so don't worry!

The Tanning Topic


Finally some nice weather! Time to get my legs out.. oh wait..

Sometimes there just are not enough hours in a working girls day to tan! And despite my half hour lunch breaks and weekends off I've only got a slight bit of a tan so armed with a Primark £1 mit (bargain)  I went out to pick up some false tans.
