Therapie | Discovery Kit Review

So this little beauty came through my letter box the other day after I won it off Coquet Noelle's birthday giveaway on her fantastic beauty blog. I was so chuffed when she said I'd won! First because I have wanted to try out the Himalayan Detox Bath Salts for absolutely ages but was a bit worried it might just be another gimmick product and secondly because I've never won anything in my life!
This cute little box comes with five great products such as, Hair & Body Wash (50ml), Equilibrium Bath and Shower Essence (30ml), Cherish Skin Repair Serum (30ml) Restore Aura Spray (30ml) and the cult favourite, Himalayan Detox Bath Salts (30g).

I am a terrible sleeper. Probably once in a blue moon do I wake up feeling refreshed and like I've had a great nights sleep so I was absolutely dying to try out the Himalayan Detox Salts. I've heard so many great things about them on other blogs such as Lily Pebbles, Vivianna Does Makeup and Fleur De Force's. And it's true, I'm joining the crew, these definitely work!
I do still wake up during the night but when I wake in the morning I feel so refreshed and ready to face the day! I really have not felt this great for so long in a long time.
Also because they came in a set I have been using the salts along with the Equilibrium Bath and Shower Essence which is an oil that you can use in your bath or apply onto wet skin at the end of your shower to give you a spa at home like feeling. It smells incredible and feels very soothing on your skin. When I run out of the salts I will have no problem using just this in my bath.

I've been using the boost hair and body wash after I've been to the gym and I haven't felt much different after woods but I haven't felt as fatigued as i might normal so I might use it before I go. Another product I've been using for when I go to the gym has been their Restore Aura Spray which you're suppose to use when you're feeling tired or low on energy. I spray a couple of pumps all over my face before, during and after I work out. It's a very fine mist with a pretty funky smell which I'm not too fond of but if it's making me feel more perky so that works for me!

Lastly is the Cherish Skin Repair Serum which admittedly I haven't got round to using yet as I've heard it's great for sunburn and can even aid stretch marks during pregnancy! Not that I have any intentions on getting pregnant. But sunburn, thats quite likely when the sun eventually pops out!

If you're up for trying out this neat little discovery kit it's available on Cult Beauty for about £40 or you can buy the full set of bath salts 400g for £35. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who like me is having trouble sleeping and would like the try a few of these great products out.

Grace x
